Created by our executive chef, Chef Paul's Weekend Barbecue To Go menus will be a hit with everyone on your guest list.
Package 1: Paul's Classic Barbecue
Choose one (4.5 pounds per order)
Sliced barbecue beef brisket
Sliced Asian barbecue or traditional pork loin
Barbecue chicken legs and thighs
Barbecue spare ribs
Garlic- and lemon-marinated boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Lime- and cilantro-skewered shrimp (five shrimp per person)
Includes corn bread muffins with honey butter and your choice of three sides (see below).
The Classic Barbecue package ranges from $135-200 and serves 10-12 people.
Package 2: Paul's Barbecue Picnic

Includes soft French rolls, extra barbecue dipping sauce, slaw and your choice of three sides (see below).
The Barbecue Picnic package is $135 and serves 10-12 people.

Includes soft flour tortillas, housemade corn chips, shredded lettuc, ranchero sauce, tomatillo salsa, sour cream and shredded cheese.
