Cycle for the Cure: BC and ADA partnering to fight diabetes.

The Bellevue Club is excited to be partnering with the American Diabetes Association to help raise money in the fight against diabetes while also giving you a great workout! Our top cycling instructors will be teaching three different indoor cycling classes. The spinathon is happening Saturday, March 20, with 100 percent of the proceeds going to the ADA.

The first class, “Spinning Out of Control,” starts at 11:30 a.m. Spend an hour and 15 minutes improving your fitness and burning off breakfast. A $20 minimum donation reserves your bike.

For those looking to take it easy on a Saturday afternoon, join us for the 45-minute “Ease On Down the Road” class at 1 p.m. A $15 minimum donation reserves your bike.

Looking to burn off breakfast AND Friday night’s dinner? Come to “Road Kill,” a two-hour ride starting at 2 p.m. A $25 minimum donation reserves your bike.

All three sessions are happening in the Club’s Aerobics Studio, so space is limited to 45 cyclists per class.

E-mail us or head over to the Members Only Site to reserve your bike.

While you’re waiting for your spinathon session, get tanked! The Club is bringing back the Hydrostatic Body Fat Testing Clinic. The truck will be in the parking lot starting at 7 a.m., and the test takes only 10 minutes. Plus, a minimum of 10 percent of the proceeds will be donated to the American Diabetes Association. Please call the Athletic Services Desk at 688.3177 to reserve your time in the tank.
