Early Morning Yoga with Patrick Gray

Patrick Gray is now teaching early morning yoga classes Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:15 - 7:15 a.m.

As a lifelong athlete, Patrick was initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits. He is constantly working to develop strength and flexibility in his students, allowing for exploration and fun at all levels of proficiency. His desire is to facilitate the development of outstanding practices by leading complete classes that blend the physical and subtle properties of yoga. He has studied significantly in Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin yoga.

He will also teach classes on Tuesdays 6:30-7:30 p.m. and Sundays 11 a.m. - noon.
