Celebrate Halloween with a 5k obstacle course race and social event on Oct. 29 at Mountain Meadows Farm in North Bend.
The event includes a muddy race with more than 15 obstacles and an indoor after party, which has unlimited free food and drink as well as live music.
Prizes will be awarded to the runner with the best time and the participant with the best costume.
A percent of the proceeds will go to the Hope Heart Institute, a non-profit organization in Seattle that raises money for research and treatment for people with heart disease.
